This presention a comparative analysis between the Ayurvedic concept of Rasa Dhatu and the modern biomedical understanding of Nutrient Plasma, lymph and Extracellular Fluid. In Ayurveda, Rasa Dhatu is the first tissue formed after digestion (Ahara-rasa), responsible for Preenana (nourishing all tissues). From a modern physiological perspective, this aligns with Plasma dynamics, Interstitial fluid, and the Lymphatic system. The paper explores the functional similarities between the qualities (Guna) of Rasa and the biochemical role of plasma in maintaining Homeostasis. Furthermore, the study validates how Ayurvedic Parenteral Therapy (Injections) utilizes the rapid systemic circulation of Rasa Dhatu to achieve immediate therapeutic results, bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and contemporary emergency medicine.Rasa Dhatu 10.5281zenodo.18149218
